We are planning to sell our products in the USA, needing a warehouse, staff, the whole nine yards. For the last two months my colleague has been travelling and meeting prospective distributors and due to the positive feedback received we need to take the leap...

Has anyone got any pointers, for example we have initially thought of basing ourselves in one of three places. Either near: San Francisco, Colorado or North Carolina. We will also look at incentives from local government, best property prices and also a good lifestyle!

Thanks.

North carolina probably has the highest density of golf courses!

South Carolina has even more golf courses, also I am sure I heard recently that they offer large incentives to relocate there, but I think that is standard for the SE. I moved over to SC and I love it, great weather nearly all year round as long as you like hot days. and I mean 90's and 100's from June to September. But plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy.

Thanks, location required is for business benefits and lifestyle, being near lots of golf courses is not a major factor as we will be supplying distributors across the whole of the US. By the way there are over 17,000 golf courses in the US…
