New SA form and Service Companies

So the new Self Arsessment form has arrived and low and behold there's a new section asking the tax payer to divulge how much of their income was recieved from Services company.

This obviously all ties in the the MSC legislation but christ it's complicated.

Seems to me that unless you physically make a widget of some kind you could be fingered as being a 'services' company and consequentally any dividend payment would be PAYE'able.

Anyone done more research on this? Has anyone got a clue about determining whether your Ltd company is a services company? The guidance on how to determine is typically impenetrable.
