Company Car Policy and Terms of Use

I have a field guy starting for me on Thursday and I’m supplying him with a Company Car – something I’ve never done before.

Now I need to get together some documentation and terms of use for him that will protect me and make him aware what is expected of him having the car – general looking after the car, what happens if he bumps the car etc.

Anybody know where I can get any templates for such documents online?
