Insurance brokers? cover needed for kit car workshop

I'm setting up a workshop in which I intend to become a kit car manufacturer. This will involve dismantling donor cars, making jigs and welding chassis and assembling cars.

The farmer I am renting the workshop from requires evidence of insurance that will cover him should any of my activities lead to his building burning down or any other bad stuff happening to him.

Anybody know of any brokers who know about this stuff?

We had a similar thing when we first started out on a farm, Try MSM Insurance ask for Dave Spagg
Tel: [phone]. They've been really good, they cover our workshops,Cars, Public liability etc..

He seem's to know his stuff.
