Hi All,

Any mortgage brokers out there?

I'm looking for an offset mortgage LTV below 80%.

Only catch is I am a contractor, so some banks may need convincing I'm not a major risk. (This is where you come in)

I've had one company recommend a scheme from Abbey but I'm not convinced its the best deal, the overall APR is 6.9%.

I can see Egg for example has a much better option.
