Anyone recommend an accountant in Glasgow-cestirshire area?

I want to set up a "one man" Ltd company - initially just to allow me to contract myself out - several of the folks I'm looking at will only consider you if you are ltd.

Obviously I can go to companies house direct and struggle with all the forms. Sounds fraught with error (and therefore delay) potential.

Next option is to spend £50-£100 buying a "ready-made" ltd company from one of the online places. Sounds like a reasonable plan.

I've been advised however that the best(estest) route is to get your accountant to set things up for you - obviously this is slightly more costly but they can set up a business bank account on your behalf and advise your obligations etc.

I don't currently have an accountant however - hence - any recomendations for a glasgow-ish accountant who's familiar with this?
