can someone please point me in the direction of some afternoon reading concerning the legality of taking desposits for goods and services, hire of space and legam matters concerning refunds, holding deposits etc.
Don't forget about tax related areas too - such as accounting for VAT on monies received in advance and the varying accounting and Income Tax/Corporation Tax treatments.
