Sourcing Medical Consumables

Hi

This is a bit on a long shot, but here goes!

I have an opportunity to provide medical consumables, specifically cotton tipped applicators (a cotton bud but with cotton only on one end). They need to have the CE mark and due to the level of profit involved it's really not worth importing from China.
Can anyone recommend a European based manufacturer / distributor that maybe able to help?
