I am in the throws of setting my buisness up (trading for acouple of months now) and I,m thinking insurance, now without going to a broker who can I ask what is required in law and for me to trade both safely and legally. I,m in the construction /commercial refurbishment sector and worried I may be a little exposed.
I have public liabilty ,employers all risk to start with but where next.

Cheers

Are you looking for commercial insurances (e.g. contractors all risks policies) or further public/employers insurances?

Either way, I would speak with a specialist broker, only they will truly understand your needs. PHer Insurance_jon comes highly recommended, even if he can't help you he may have a contact who can.

Thanks for the reccomendation Matt, it's good to know that my help is appreciated. with regard to the advice, thats all free. My contact details are on www.lockyers.co.uk or you can PM.

I must admit I am slightly confused from the original post myself but a chat over the phone will get to the bottom of your requirements.
