IG index

When trying to open a realtime chart in IGindex my browser crashes then closes. It happens with both firefox and explorer. Any ideas?

Give them a call. Their customer services is good.

Yeah, they're really good. When I opened an account with them their dealing screen was always crashing the Safari browser on my Mac. I sent them an e-mail and they replied with step-by-step instructions complimented by screen-shots which enabled me to fix the problem. It turned out there was one setting deep within the Java preferences that was wrong - I'd never have thought to look there.

Reinstalled java was all that it required.
