In the current climate what would be the minimum deposit needed for a £2.4m mortgage. And approximately the minimum initial monthly payments possible. For a property that is both commercial and residential. Only guidelines needed at this early stage. Thanks.

You need to speak to to an IFA, Mortgage broker, I texted mine with your requirement, he replied with those figures, apart fromt he monthly payment which you can do in your head.

I think your biggest issue will be finding a lender. They're out there, you just need to find them and meet the criteria!

I agree, thats why I thought I would get some basic guidelines first to see if could possibly match the criteria before wasting anyones time. I think I could possibly do it at a push!
