started up a new buisness a couple of months ago and things seem to be going very well!.Question is I will soon be needing to sort my mortgage out as I am on a limited term offer. I not daft enough that my new position (Director in a new company) is going to help me find any sort of a deal. Am I stuffed will anyone even consider my application. To date my credit record is spot on.

Self-certificated mortgages are not as easy to get as they once where and with only a limited trading history - most places like 2 - 3 years accounts - I'm not sure you'll have many options in this current market.
