need to find kitchen space for rent,any ideas?

Hi All

As in title, looking for licensed commercial kitchen space to rent for a few hours per day, only need enough room for 1-2 people to be able to work safely, would mainly be used for preparing cold snacks.
Would get my home kitchen inspected and licensed but as i have pets its obviously a no go area with health inspectors. Would need to be in midlands, ideally nottingham or leicester.
Was looking at contacting local colleges,churches etc but thought i would ask here first, have not been able to find anything suitable as of yet on the internet.

Applying for A3 or A5 planning on your own home would be interesting - and probably get the neighbours talking!
