Clothing Designer

Im looking for a designer that can design some very cool modern - t-shirts/shorts/belts/hats/jumpers etc etc. Where is the best place to find someone like this? I would prefer to give that person a % stake in the business and a sales based bonus than a yearly salary.

I have thought about contacting a University that do Fashion Design degrees and trying to find someone who is young and has some fresh ideas who could possibly use the work he does for me as part of his degree?? Also they are more likely to jump at a chance to design some stuff for retail.

Yes- I can definitely recommend someone! He's local to me in Suffolk, self employed and does a lot of clothing design contract work with the major supermarket chains. I'll put him in touch.
