Website Coding?

I've got a couple of projects on-going at present where we've designed the front end to a website using dreamweaver/fireworks/flash etc and its obviously churned out a load of code with tables containing the graphic layout and text area elements.

I want to make the page code as efficient as possible and look to remove references to tables, as I know its old hat now, but being creatively focused rather than a techie we are not able to do this in-house.

If anyone is interested in taking both sites and re-creating them using more up-to-date coding methods please send me an email and I will send you links to the designs so you can give me a cost.
