Is there a difference between these? If so, what exactly is the difference, and which should I use to get a small content-based website produced along with a bit of flash to go in there. No fancy databases required or anything like that.

Also, can anyone recommend a designer / developer that also does graphic design for printed media? (I appreciate that graphic design is probably just graphic design, but a knowledge of the peculiarities of designing something for print rather than web would be quite important.)

Basically I want to get a website created that will advertise a printed media product, which in turn will contain ads that I will possibly require help in designing.

Cheers smile

Design is look and feel and all the fluffy stuff. Developing is the code that props it up.

Developing is to Web Design what Print is to Graphic Design.
