Have been trying to find a website where I can see commercial properties for sale in eastern europe but cant find any websites in English and I dont understand their language.

One would imagine it would be possible to get a high ROI there. So anyone know of any websites in English where I can see whats for sale in Eastern Europe to get an idea of whats for sale and what the ROI is?

I am primarily interested in commercial properties in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Croatia etc.

Also which site do you use for commercial properties for sale in England?

Thanks!

Because often you have low ROI in central London as an example and higher ROI in less densely populated cities. smile

The ROI isn't as good as you may think, and with recent Russian activities, a few people are getting twitchy.

Try www.laitio.lv
