"will" as in 'or else you're fired' or 'could'? smile

And of course making it explicit you want 'young' staff will see you in a tribunal or with the EHRC on your back.

the best sales people have a wealth of succesful sales experience and most have NO qualifications.

only some jumped up snotty nosed HR fool would put that in a job posting, one that employs a candidate on their dress sense rather than their track record.

Seems like you have found a place to advertise wink

I'll take the job, could do with a change.

Board stiff with dealing with staff issues, about time someone else had them, now, my CV, here goes....

I can sell, I can sell, I can sell.

Anything, especially technical stuff, cos I am good at that, so they tell me.

Bad bits...

I do not suffer fools gladly
I am always right (maybe that is a good point)
I am never wrong (see above)

So, can I have the job please?

What about advertising in the local paper? Just a short honest advert:

"Sales Executive - £18-20k/year"

- Where will they work
- What are they selling

I don't like the "you can earn £70k" bit as it makes the advert sound dodgy.

OTE in an advert always makes me wonder..

EVERY ad has earn 100k or something silly for the area and job and it just puts people off imo.. Do the above

I dont think that keeping the qualifications requirement is a problem but the "chance to earn 70K" would put me off instantly.

Apart from that it sounds ok. I might have applied if I wasnt so far away biggrin
