A complete PITA this farcical new law that means I can no longer use my offices as my registered address because I use a shared reception and therefore the staff have no authority to sign for legal documents. Complete PITA. I do not want to use my home address so can someone please tell me wht my options might be with regard to using a registered address.

Thanks

Some of my clients use my business address as their company's Registered Office. Althouigh I am not altogether keen on this, in certain circumstances it is not a bad idea as that means the accountant can react to correspondence coming from Companies House very quickly.

Our registered address is at our accountants, and they forward on anyting that arrives thats not obviously Companies House, HMRC etc. Definately better than using our home address except when you forget and give the home address on an official form and it throws up a 'fraud' error! That took some explaining before they believed us!
