We have just had Sage 200 installed, lovely!

We use to use NCC for despatch notes, and warehouseman would hand write them out.

We want to go printed, but short of getting a dot matrix, which we don't, what our options?

Is it possible to get plain NCR paper, then print four times, but get driver to sign top one and it appears on the rest?

If we have five jobs go out, that is 20 sheets of paper to sign otherwise. The drivers will hate us!

You can now get "NCR" paper that works in a Laser Printer:

We provide laser forms with integrated labels, how about having the info lasered onto that and then peeled out and stuck on a master 'sign sheet' when delivered in ? A quick and easy solution.

Need to have 5k plus to make them pay tho.

Surely an electronic solution is where you're aiming at? i.e. a palm or similar?

Then sig gets applied to all files?

Failing that, why not dot matrix, does what it says on the tin and must be cheapity cheap..
