slow execution only site

I'm using a large company for buying my shares online, but i've had to revert to calling them up as i can't get anything instant online. Given that it's a large company i can only assume that everyone and their dog is pounding the crap out of the servers from online transaction. Can anyone recommend their execuction only online stockbroker that isn't running slow?

that's the thing. By the time that i've rang a trader and managed to get through the stock is no longer at the price that was quoted. I've been told now that the servers at this particular company will be upgraded this weekend, due to the pressures on the current system. So fingers crossed that all is well on Monday.
