Too late to sell Funds?

I've got a certain ever diminishing amount of money in Funds by means of ISA's and I just keep wondering whether I should pull out with a view to reinvesting next year perhaps or when markets stabilise? Or is it too late jusging by the amount they have lost this year and particularly the past week or 2?

Anyone doing anything similar - or advise?
