PL Insurance Q . . .

I am a HeadHunter that has a virtual office and my ACTUAL office is at home - I spend 3-4 days a week inmy office doing research and 1-2 days out and about either interviewing candidates or meeting with my clients.
Do I need Public Liabaility Insurance - after doing this for 13 years in my own business - one of my clients has asked to see my PL Insurance Certificate - they have said - "surely you have public liability Insurance" - the reason they are asking is because they have a new supplier/subcontractor database that they want to add me to - nothing else.
BTW I supply Permanent employees for my clients in the UK Construction Industry.
