Customer Agreement

Hi

I need to sort out an agreement for a new project, it's basically 3 days a week on a rolling month by month with a months notice by either party. It's initially to sort out a specific job but will move to other / support work. This isn't really covered in our normal T&C's and it's not always going to be the same person that does the work so it's not really a contractor agreement if that makes sense..

Does anyone have anything that they can mail me as a template? or suggest a good site to get something from?

It might seem attractive to do it on the cheap now using templates or stuff from others, but if it isn't robust it could cost you big time in the future?

If think you need to think about the level of risk you will be carrying and the likihood that this risk will happen and weigh that up against the cost of getting a proper commercial solicitor to draw up some paperwork.
