One for all of the collective.
We are looking at getting a new 'little' company van for a guy who runs into London everyday but needs to carry tools etc.
We were looking at vans under the 120co2 limit, but looking at the cclondon website it looks like the 100% discount is not going to be applied any more.
Is this right? If so then is the only way to get round the charge would be to go LPG.
We don't need anything big, so the new little blipper / nevo from Peugeot / citron / fiat was looking best with a co2 thingy of 119g/km.
What thoughts?

Where I asked this exact question.
Those turkish bipper/nemo etc jobs now offer nothing because there is no discount, as you point out.
An LPG Range Rover however remains free, from a CC perspective and more roomy and more comfortable.
Choice is obvious really.
