Right First Time - education tools?

Hi all

My company is currently going through "the change". Yes, I'm talking about Oracle

Anyhow, as part of my introduction to the education I want to first set some principles and thoughts in the heads of our employees, totally aside from Oracle, to get them thinking the right things. Mainly; right first time.

What I'm after is some form of game, or participative session, which I can give to the employees to teach them the value and significance of; RFT.

I can't find anything out there - has anybody used anything before? I can't think that I'm the first person to ever want this, in fact I must be really late on the scene, but I just can't find anything?

Ideally I'm after 1 hour's game?!

Any thoughts or pointers muchly appreciated!

There's a couple of classics involving sticklebricks or paper aeroplanes.

I've played paper aeroplanes with this guy and he really knows what he's doing.
