Just wondering if anyone uses the above for credit card payments?

As our charges are getting higher and more payments are being made via cards I would like to get the best rates and they seem quite good.

I considered using them, offered a good deal, although didn't really save much money in the scheme of things. Mainly the £25/m standing charge I think.

The very next morning I received a circular mailing from my bank warning against 'this type' of operator (didn't name them directly).
Can't remember exactly what they warned me about, but it was enough to stop me considering moving my business.

What with all the CC fraud going on, I want a direct connection between my current account bank and merchant services provider, just in case, personally.

We use Barclaycard atm and have no problems apart from the fees being very high.

Their site doesnt look that great and when I called they said the person that deals with our area is on holiday and will need a meeting that would take 1 hour... I just wanted the rates etc???

Can you remember why they would say to avoid?
