Anyone here work in CRM ?

Have a substantial email database of customers that we really should be contacting regularly with new offers etc but I don't have the time to do it, or trust others in the company to do it right without spelling mistakes, etc

Good results v. important ...

Used to work for a company that had a CRM offering.

Sounds like a campaign management solution maybe a better fit here though...

Does it? I don't know to be honest. Either way we need someone who will manage that side of things for us

We've just looked at outsource CM solutions, I'll see if I can get a list of companies we thought about from the development secretaries...

Thanks Plotloss. I really want a smaller company that will take a personal interest in working closely with us. Any pointers would be great.

Also, I can develop a strategy for the promotion of my e-business.
Not sure I'd call resurrecting 12-year-old threads on unrelated websites much of a promotion strategy, but I guess I'm not the one with an e-business. Whatever that means.
