Morning Guys,


I have a new ecommerce business set to be launched some time in March, The website has been under construction for the last 3 months. I am using a very clued up company to construct the site and back ofice systems.

I am looking for SEO and MSL speacialists who would perhaps look to join us either on either on a consultants basis or perhaps full time.?

What kind of salery would such a person command?

And are any of my fellow PHer's interested?

We would be interested in the project as an outsourced consultant/agency.

No idea what an in-house employee would command, salary wise. I know a couple of skilled people in the industry who used to do it as a job and they were on c.£50K.

I have approx 50 - 60k available for the first years google add words and sponsored links,

I am hoping to hit £1million t/o after 2 years,
