Afternoon all.

Would one of you be so kind as to point me in the direction on a website that displays details of magazine distribution stats and market groups.

I am after some info about At Home Magazine.

Thanks

ABC are the official monitors of magazine circulation:

http://www.abc.org.uk/

You may find that the magazine in question prints the ABC circulation figure in the contents/editorial page - as advertisers link to know circulation figures.

FG thanks for the reply.

Perhaps i'm being a bit dense here, but I cannot find any details of this magazine on the ABC site. Would there be a reason for that.

Here is the site: http://www.athomemagazine.co.uk/about-us/129-about...

cheers

Magazines don't have to be audited by ABC - it does cost. However, I'd be surprised if that is the case here and ABC figures are almost always required for advertising.

I've only used them from the other side - getting one of my previous companies magazines audited.

My be you have to register with the site to gain access?

Good luck.

Most recognised audit certification –

ABC
BPA (if they’re still going)

VFD – verified free distribution

None are a legal requirement; many smaller publishers will give a Publisher Statement instead.

If you want to check the sales teams circulation claims ask for the most recent printer & postal dockets, these should match within 5% (print run will be more than postal doc due to accts & advertiser free list copies)
