I'm asking again!
Our line is currently with a company with the same name as a gemstone. Every month they fail to post or email a bill and I'm fed up chasing them. Plus their customer service is rubbish.
I need to keep our number and divert 99.9% of all incoming calls to mobiles. Also I need to be able to remotely change the divert (smart divert I beieve). And it needs to cost no more or preferably less than the average £175 a month inc vat for rental and calls. Apart from the divert to mobiles (all Vodafone)there are no other outgoing calls, or very very few at most. I also need a seamless transfer - i.e. no downtime.
XLN seem to be the best via Google, but I'm open to suggestions.
