Anyone in the text message game?

I am after a contact for a chap who I work with.
He needs a number setting up so that the public can text to a short say 4-6 digit number and that will then appear on say an email or a website (secure with login)

It will be required for a month but if successful could be a permanent requirement

For info its required for a radio station that is being setup to cover an event (4 weeks). If the station has enough support then that may lead to a permanent licence (fingers crossed) thus a pemanet requiremnt of the text system.
