Quick survey - web shop owners, please help!

[essayer]

I'm investigating a product which could be well suited to small/medium businesses that sell physical products.

For my research, I'd be grateful if anyone who owns/runs a company like this could fill in a very quick survey - no typing required!

Start the survey here: http://84.234.21.3/essayer/shiptest/

All responses are optional, I don't ask the name of your shop, and I will only use aggregated information for research purposes. Again this is only relevant for companies that sell physical products, doesn't matter whether you dropship, store stock, hand-make items etc.

Tried to complete the survey, seems to be some funky css form, values jumping around the screen and scroll bars not changing the numbers, so gave up sorry.

Sorry about that, thanks for trying. It was an excuse to mess with jQuery UI and I didn't test it in every browser Thanks everyone who sent in data.

Done. Try Surveymonkey maybe. I've used them a couple of times and got good results and its very simple to use.

Do Surveymonkey just host the surveys or do they tout them around on your behalf as well?
