3000S?? GotG Needs You!!

As you all maybe aware the Gang on the Green, (taking place on the 20th July in Wells Somerset) will include a timeline of TVR models ranging from TVR2 through to the last Rover engined cars.

We are doing really well in getting a nice representative example of most models, however... we are short a 3000S.

We are looking for a good representative car, preferably in a bright colour (for the photos). So if you own such a beast but haven't yet applied for tickets, please let the organisers know asap. Needless to say being in the line-up guarantees a space on the green in prime position.

Just as a matter of interest... are there any PHers with a 3000S????

There are 3 (current) owners in the Dorset region, and I know of one near Hants (a TVRCC director) prehaps a word with Tony C, the editor, may help.

Thought of TC, in fact he was the first choice as he is attending the event. Unfortunately the S is off the road at the moment. He will be bringing the 3500M though which will be good to see.

I have one somewhere, in about 1000 bits right now. Assuming that my mechanics can put them all back correctly by June 26, I should be going to Zolder in it and then maybe a few more events this year.

I wasn't planning on going to GotG and can't commit to going until early July if I can make it. I'll let you know in due course.
