Dave...
Have you sorted out you arrangements for the event?

We liked the suggestions you came up with for the awards and are at the moment trying to sort this part of the even. (PS there are no award for the shiniest paint.. cars should be used hence not just shiny)

Dave,

The c3c and Wiltshire regions are hoping to form a pincer movement and join up somewhere near the M4. Not in the West Mids but maybe on your way?

Eh? What arrangements? Me and me bruvver are coming Sunday a.m. and leaving Sunday p.m. (then I go to Manchester on Monday morning, from there to New York, and thence to Pittsburgh!! What a weekend!) Do you need anything else?

Hi Alex,

Failing everything else, me and me bruvver will form our own convoy of two, and travel down via somewhere (ye olde tea shoppes or ye olde brew houses if dry, the brolley factory if wet) and meet up with you somewhere on the M4. Let us know where your route takes you.

Cheers

Me and me bruv!!

Dave,

So far we intend for our rumble to start from Birdlip Viewpoint at 9am on the Sunday. This is approx. 4 miles east of junc. 11A of the M5.
Then onto meet up with the Wilts lot at Lacock around 10:15.

Cheers for now

Alex

Ps have to ask - Do you and ya bro have tickets for the green?? Would hate a "not tonight lads" moment.

Birdlip view is only a stone's throw from were we are in Worcestershire - assuming the stone was thrown by a rocket launcher that is!! We are near junction 4 of M5 and I know the viewpoint, so we could meet up there, if that's OK with you.

As for tickets - nothing arrived yet - but I have applied and am supposed to be doing something there, so I assume we're "in".

I'll keep you posted.

Tickets are being sorted as we speak. Should be tickets for all, but not all on the green (if you get my drift).. We have got additional parking and are looking at more, ALL will be ticketed. Etc

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW A TVRCC MEMBERSHIP CARD..
