Mrs Puggit is now the owner of a shiny blue mini-iPod.

I already use my laptop to store my MP3s, and use iTunes to synchronize to my iPod (15Gb).

This morning, nowing full well it wasn't likely to work, I went ahead and configured the laptop to work with the mini-iPod, and hey presto, my iPod settings all went.

How do you do it then?

For the record I do have another PC, and can work around it...but I want to use one!!!

no idea, but while were at it, what about the other way round?

I have a laptop and a pc that I want to keep synchronised along with my 1 ipod, but I don't think I can upload to the ipod on the pc and download to the laptop using itunes, can I?

If you've got a home network you could synchronize folders between the laptop and the desktop...

But AFAIK you can't read data off an iPod
