Printer help!!!!!
Discussion
We have an HP Laserjet 2200, that exhibits a strange problem.
It randomly messes up text. No particular font, no particular size.
For an example.... Click here for a JPG of the internally printed test chart, how it SHOULD look.
This is how it looks now!
Any ideas as to what is causing the problem would be gratefully recieved, as we are feeling the pain now we are down to one working printer!

meeja, last time I saw text get corrupted was years ago and the printer driver was corrupt. We had to uninstall and re-install the driver.
If your second printer is the same model and is not displaying this fault then this is probably not the issue.
Otherwise, you should be able to find a local engineer who will gladly take some of your cash to come and have a look at it.
Good luck

Can't be the driver, as it happens when you print the internally generated test pattern (as shown)
