TomTom navigator scamera stuff

Looking at the tomtom site it seems there are four options for camera warnings.

POI Warner
GPS Assist
Checkpoint
Trafcam

So far I'm thinking that Checkpoint is free so might be worth a look, or GPS assist.

Anyone used any of them? Any comments?
