Why does my lap top log me out.......

Every now and then, I switch my lap top on the discover that I have been logged out of all my websites and so have to log back in again.

Does anyone know why?

Do you have it set up to delete cookies, etc, at a scheduled time?

No I dont think so. I havent changed any settings at all, and it never used to do this.
