Hi folks,
when I plug the digital camera into the desk top PC I get the windows piture viewer dialogue box asking me what I want to do with the pictures.
If I plug the same camera into the lap top I do not get the box up and I have to use photoshop which is a bit "long winded".
Anyone know how to get this feature working please, I have tried the camera /scanner wizard but it only seems to rcognise the scanner.
regards,
Graham.

Try going into explorer->tools->folder options->file types and change the associated program with jpg, jpeg or whatever format your camera uses to the program you wish to use.

This pop-up is a feature of XP only, are both machines running XP?

I don't know how to enable/disable it. It may be part of the camera properties in the Camera settings under control panel?
