Runtime Error!

My wife cant open a much used program, she gets the following:

Runtime Error!

Program:C:ProgramFilesSimpleLogicReportAssist2004Geni.exe

abnormal program termination

We arent very computer literate, what does it mean and how can we open the file?

PS there are backward slashes in there too, but they appear in the preview window but not on the post, weird!

Sounds like the file has been corrupted and you need to reinstall the software.

You can also try dumping the errors in to google and seeing what happens.

Works for a LOT of software support calls...
