.mov to .avi with Apple's iMovie
Discussion
Hey
I've been making up a load of videos from the VMax day, but every man and his dog seems to be complaining that i'm posting them as .mov files.
I use an Apple Powerbook and have no problems with the Quicktime viewing of these files, but windoze users are.
I've only been using iMovie for a few months, I can't see an obvious way of exporting in .avi format. Is there a way?
Alternatively, is there a program that i can use to change the format from .mov to .avi.
The other alternative is to use Premier but I haven't even touched that yet (using iMovie to learn the basics before going across to more complicated programs).
Any advice, links etc much appreciated.
Rico
