New email account needed, any ideas?

I have about 6 or 7 active email accounts, the two main ones being hotmail.
I want to just have 1 mail account, i need about 20mb of storage and I want to ensure that anyone sending mail to my old email addresses will automatically be forwarded to my new account (a bit like redirection) Does anyone know of anyone who does this kind of service?
Willing to pay for this, but obvoiusly as cheap as poss.
