Looking for an IP Engineer in West London

I posted this under "Business" Section and got no replies as yet! Hope this section will attract interest!
In short, we are a small ISP.
We need an engineer (minimum CCNA) to start asap to do primarily
Client Support (Routers/PIX firewalls, DNS)
also
Installations
Hosting builds
and eventually
Account Management/Pre-Sales
If anyone is keen/desperate for a job, I'd like to hear from you. Package is about 28K for starters.
