spyware again

I know there have been threads about this before... I'm not that tech minded, however am running adaware and macaffe, got hijacked by something from www.smart security.info?? and its completely done me, reset all my desktop settings, hijacked my browser, I can't seem to shift it!!, slowed my pc down, its killing me.. really doing my head in, any ideas??... help

This damn malware is becoming more of a problem than viruses. Collegues at work have been struck by these rogue diallers on a couple of occassions now.

It seems that BT are taking more responsibility for it as they recently let somebody off a £600 bill incurred by these diallers.
