Does anyone know anything about this company or are they using a Kirrio GPS unit?

This week I bought a Palm Tungsten E/Kirrio GPS kit, and the palm wouldn't recognize the GPS unit. They are sold as a kit, so I would assume that everything is compatible. Went back to the store, tried a different Kirrio unit and it still wouldn't recognize it. Tried it on a different PDA to see if the problem was with that, and it wouldn't recognize the GPS either.

So I returned that and just bought an iPAQ with Kirrio. Just got done installing all the software and it will not recognize the GPS either.

There really isn't anything to screw up - you connect it, select "activate" on the GPS screen and it is supposed to turn on. It just looks at me dumbly and says that no GPS is connected.

Has anyone had any success with this brand? I find it hard to believe that three out of three units could be defective, but there really is no way to install it wrong.

Their webpage is a little light on help, but I've sent them an e-mail before I return this one as well...

Any ideas?
