Cheap Video conferencing

Time to consult the great PH Oracle again...
I have been asked for suggestions on getting a cheap solution to give video conferencing between our office here and one in the middle east. I had thought about just webcams and messenger, or something like www.ivisit.com, but have anyone got any (slightly more professional) solutions.
The main requirements it to assist with face2face meetings, but also to be able to run a powerpoint and talk people through it.
Any suggestions welcome. Thx,

We use Webex, but not sure about cost...
Netmeeting's a possible, but not sure about security.
