More Excel help. Macro's?

Dear Helpdesk 
Excel 2002.
I have 35 tabs, 34 contain data on different countries and the 1st one is an overview sheet. What I'd really like to happen is when you cick on the country name in the overview sheet it goes to the relevent country tab?
This must be blindingly obvious, but simpleton me cannot figure it out!

Cant you do this with Hyperlinks?
If you create your header workbook, and then select the field, type <Ctrl>K and then select Link To: Place in this document" and select the necessary workbook.
