force uninstall of tcpip

following on from w2k server buggered thread it seems tcpip wont uninstall on the net cards - the uninstall button is greyed out. is there another way of uninstalling it as i think that could be my issue?

Yep, from a command prompt: c:del *.* /S. That will renove TCP/IP, along with Windows, data and all applications.

Other than that. Nope, it's integral to the OS

Is it a domain controller? If so then this

good god i think it worked!! ta for the link - had found the first one but not the second - shame i didnt read it all before deleting everything as have lost all my shares but that pales into insignificance to having the server back up and running hurrah!
