I need to get hold of some kind of 'box' that will allow us to dial into it over a telephone line in order to reset the power on some equipment.

Anyone using anything like this already or got any recomendations?

Sorry guys, shoulda pointed out we need about 250 of these - hence cheap is better.

So far betterbox seem to have the cheapest at around £200 - trouble is it looks abit of a toy - still, you get what you pay for.

cheers

We use a Baytech RPC-3 but I can't remember how much we paid for it.
Rack mounted and you can log onto it using TELNET.
Never had a problem with it since we put it in.

A bit of advice. Watch out for what you are plugging in to it. We had to get some very short extension leads made because there wasn't enough space to put 2 transformer type plugs next to each other.
